A nice studio situated on the third floor available only by stairs.
The place is situated in a house and the garden, BBQ, trampoline for kids are shared with the rest of the apartments in the house.
Private parking and balcony.
The place has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a room with queen size bad, air condition, SAT TV and internet WI-Fi a private balcony, bathroom with a shower and towels provided and a balcony with a really small entrance (entrance the size of the window). The place is situated close to beach Cuvi, about 10 min from downtown and close by are supermarkets ( Konzum, Špeža) and coffee bars.

Alloggio con tutto il necessario. La proprietaria Vesna è stata gentilissima e disponibile in tutto e per tutto. È stata molto attenta anche al nostro bimbo di due anni!
Posizione per noi ottima perché vicina alla spiaggia di Cuvi e davanti ad un grande parco giochi.
Wi-Fi ok!

Pulizia degli alloggi, vicinanza al centro di Rovigno, vicinanza alla spiaggia lone bay, ma il top è la Signora Vesna la proprietaria degli immobili persona fantastica e molto gentile, 🥰...
Consiglio vivamente il Galant apartment....👍

Nice walk to a good beach not over crowded as well. Good parking and close to a shop. Nice to by away from busy Rovinji. Having own balcony was special and to have a roof over it to provide shade. Good AC . Owner was helpful. Great day trips to Pula, Porec, Vrsar, limski canal, Motovun
