Villa Millianna is an exlusive self-catering ground floor apartment on a two floor building, with a shared pool & BBQ, that provides fantastic views of the sea and is ideal not only for a romantic break away but also for family holidays.
It is ideally situated less than 10 minutes away from the airport ( 0 noise from the planes ) and also roughly 10 minutes away from Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia.

I have been Living in Athens all my life, I was dreaming of having my wonderful home in an island.
This house captures you with the scenery and tranquility that exudes the Ionian nature and some nights you can also hear the seaside sound. Villa Millianna is set in the picturesque village of Kalligata.
A focal point is Marina's Bar in the centre of Kourkoumalata.
There are fruit and olive trees around the area which give a very Ionian feel to the place.
Vineyards are everywhere to be seen as you will discover, as this was the home of the Calliga Winery a favorite for the Robola wines.
You will see the white church used by locals and visiting holiday makers and also the children's play area near by, ideal for the younger generation.
Just 15 minutes away (walking distance) is Avithos beach with its views of Zakynthos and Dhias.
Here you will find two lovely bars restaurant for refreshments. Car, Bicycle, local transport (bus station 10mins walking distance) Ideal location for remote work also during the winter season

Alles hat gepasst. Die Küche hatte alles was man so braucht und die Lage ist fantastisch. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist wunderschön und sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen (15 Minuten). Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Gastgeberin Nikki ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wonderful stay at Villa Millianna. Niki was a fantastic host. Would recommend the villa for exploring the Island. A car is recommended to get the most of staying here.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Millianna in Kalligata, Kefalonia. The whole property set up worked fantastically for us as a family and being 10 minutes from the airport was great.
