Set in Olbia, "Villetta Pellicano" boasts an excellent location close to the beach and offers a sea view directly from the premises.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people.
Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also provided.
The highlight of the vacation home is its private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace and an outdoor shower.
The distance to the beach is just 70 m.
Within 500 m from the property, there is an area with all necessary services such as bars, tobacco shops, a bakery, restaurants, a market and a padel court.
A bus stop with routes towards the center of Olbia is also located within walking distance.
The nearest airport is 11 km away (15 min) and the ferry boat is just 8 km away (13 min) A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Towels and bed linen can be provided (for a fee).
