The house is located in the historical center of the village of Irgoli, an ideal place for relaxing vacations within a quiet area.

Bathroom with large shower stall, private patio for exclusive use. 300 ml. from central square, 450 ml. from supermarket, 10 min. drive from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, 15 min. drive from the pristine beaches of Capo Comino.
Irgoli is 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia.
An ideal place for hiking enthusiasts, 10 km from the mountains of Irgoli with its unique forests and landscapes, trails for trekking and rappelling enthusiasts.
The territory of Irgoli collects valuable evidence of the millennial Sardinian history.
The Antiquarium, with its historical artifacts, and the sanctuary of Janna de Prunas and Su Notante, dating back to the Nuragic civilization, offer the opportunity to see and experience up close the roots on which Sardinia's culture is based. There is a reserved parking space 50 meters from the apartment.

Nous avons passés un agréable sejour dans le gîte d'Ugo qui est très bien aménagé. Ultra propre ,d'un calme extraordinaire et sa terrasse bien agréable !Le tout avec un accueil très sympathique d'ugoQui nous a offert une bouteille de son vin etDonné les bonnes adresses du coin .Merci a lui

Nous devions être les premiers à investir les lieux car c'était dans un état irréprochable. Petit-déjeuner et dîner dans le patio, quartier d'un calme formidable, ce qu'il faut de commerces à proximité, stationnement sécurisé dans la cour de Ugo, clim nickel, sanitaires et cuisines extra. A une demi-heure de la plage de La Caletta mais on ne peut pas tout avoir!
