The villa Can Luciana is located in S'Aranjassa and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 450 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
Furthermore, a private gym and gym equipment are available on the property.
A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, 4 open terraces, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. 6 parking spaces are available on the property, free parking is available on the street and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access. Childcare is available. An elevator is available in the building. An electric vehicle charging station is available.
