The villa Masia Notari Casabona is located in Vilanova i la Geltru and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 25 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 40 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a fenced pool, garden, 2 covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower for your enjoyment. A shopping mall with a round-the-clock gym, public transport links and other services are located within walking distance of the villa.
Shopping venues, bars and restaurants can be found in the downtown area within 7 driving minutes of the property.
The beach with facilities for water sports and other activities can be reached in 8 minutes by car.
Moreover, there are a vinery/bodega and a pitch and putt site in the town. 20 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
