In the shared garden, the 3 medium-sized dogs move freely at all times.
We therefore recommend a stay only to people who are animal- or dog-loving.
For this reason, children can only be welcomed from a young age and pets only by prior arrangement. In Sankt Martin im Sulmtal, the holiday home "Lebenshof Varm - die vegane Farm" offers an excellent view of the mountains.
This 55 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people.
It is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The holiday home has a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
The accommodation has access to a shared outdoor area with a garden offering relaxing mountain views, a covered terrace, a barbecue (can only be used for vegan meals!) and an outdoor shower. The train station is 600m away and therefore also within walking distance.
There are numerous wineries in the vicinity of the accommodation.
The "Styrian Tuscany" begins about 10 km from the farm and the Koralpen massif and the wine plain can be reached in about 25 minutes.
Kitzeck im Sausal is a short 10-minute drive away.
The centre of Graz can be reached within an hour. The farm also offers campfires, an open-air cinema (weather permitting), guided and accompanied hikes and excursions, tractor rides to Buschenschanken (weather permitting) and vegan cooking classes. Parking spaces are available on the property, and a parking space in the garage is also available if required. Breakfast is available on request. The accommodation offers its own products. 3 bicycles are available. This accommodation has policies in place to assist guests with correct waste separation. The accommodation is light and water efficient. Sustainable materials have been used for insulation in this accommodation. - Dinner Payment 30,00 € per person per night

Wunderbarer Garten für unsere Hunde. Alle 5 Gastgeber und Gastgeberinnen (zwei Menschen mit drei Hunden) sind liebenswert und geben sich unfassbare Mühe den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir waren fast wie zu Hause!
Einzig das WLan ist etwas schwach auf der Brust 😄

Das Quartier war den Umständen entspechend gut. Etwas umständluch war die Koordinierung mit den Hunden, also unser Hund und die 3 vom Hausbesitzer. Die konnten nicht gleichzeitig im Garten sein. Für 3 Personen ist das Quartier nicht wirklich geeignet, da es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt. Wohnzimmer-Küch...
