The holiday home "Villa Océan" is a semi-detached house in Grayan et l'Hôpital, offering the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway.
This 130 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open from 11 a.m. to midnight), a garden, and an open terrace.
Ocean beaches are just 6 km away, the Bordeaux/Soulac-sur-Mer train station is 10 km away, and Lesparre is accessible within 20 km. Shops and a bike rental store are less than 3 km from the house. Two parking spaces are available on the property, with free street parking also possible.
