Die Ausicht auf der Terasse ist toll.
Möbel auf der Terasse teilweise kaputt. Ein Stuhl ist mit einer Person zusammen gekracht. Es hat erbärmlich aus den Ab-
flüssen in Bad und Küche gestrunken.
