The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. The property boasts an excellent location close to restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport links.
Furthermore, Praia da Rocha Beach offers water sports facilities during the summer season and bicycles or scooters can also be rented nearby. There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is not available, pets are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 10 pm and 8 am and be considerate of the neighbours. If the keys are lost, an additional fee will be charged for the replacement.
