The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a grill.
There is a free shuttle for the ski lifts and the town centre is 200 m away.
In addition, the property is near the town centre as well as the sports centre (700 m).
There are a lot of mountain activities to do in Morzine, including skiing, and cycling.
A parking space is available on the property and a parking space is available in a garage.
External guests are not allowed and air conditioning is not available.
Small pets are allowed.
Ski storage is available.
It is prohibited to wash ATVs at the chalet, however, they can be washed in the town with a Karcher.

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire (Odile) qui nous a fait visiter et donner des astuces pour passer un bon séjour. Le chalet est spacieux, moderne tout en respectant le style montagnard chaleureux et à quelques pas des navettes gratuites fréquentes.
