The holiday apartment "Aravis" is located in Manigod and boasts direct access to the ski slopes.
The 44 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool, a children's pool and a tennis court, is also available for your use. The property is located within walking distance of a supermarket, a bakery, a sports shop, a restaurant and public transport links.
Furthermore, the ski resort of La Clusaz is a 15-minute drive away (in summer there is also a mountain bike lift), while the lake of Annecy can be reached in 45 minutes. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is not available, pets are not allowed. Towels and bed linens, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Please respect the accommodation capacity of the holiday apartment. Please be considerate of the property and the neighbours. Ski storage is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. Water-saving features have been installed at this property.
