Id of each guest must be sent 24 hours before check in. If not, the building won’t let you access to the apartment.

Any delay to a scheduled check in will be charged $50 per hour

Access to the apartment starting 5:00 pm, but you can leave your luggage before.

Access to the gym or pool : guest amenity card is available for purchase at the desk. Unaccompanied guest amenity cards will be available for a fee of $20.00 per card. The guest amenities card will be valid for one (1) week or the length of the unaccompanied guest’s stay whichever is less.
