Situated in Chania, the holiday apartment Eftichia Nea Chora is just a short walk from the beach.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features 3 private balconies and access to a shared garden. The property is just 2 minutes away from the beach, and 10 minutes away from the old port as well as the centre of Chania where you will find anything you could need.
There is also a car rental next to the property. There is a blue flag fully organized beach 400 m away. Free parking is available on the street and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. An elevator is available in the building. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
