Located in Locorotondo, the villa "Acres Itria" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 230 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (with showers), and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating, as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 5 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce and motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

The most amazing Villa we’ve ever stayed in! Beautifully kept, well equipped, relaxing, comfortable and great for the soul… and the kids ! Pool, garden, surroundings views and the immaculate Trullis made for a memorable stay. Very well located also, 10min to town and short drives to the coast and beach. Highly recommend + John/Natascia were fantastic hosts :)
