The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. The property is located less than 700 m from the city centre, where you will find restaurants, shops and a bicycle rental.
Further recommendations include strolls along the beautiful canals of Empuriabrava (boats can also be rented nearby). A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
