Although the property is not located directly within the Chianti region, it is very close to this famous area.
It is approximately 10 km from the Chianti Gallo Nero area, 10 km from Monteriggioni, 15 km from San Gimignano, 28 km from Volterra, and 25 km from Siena.
Florence, 49 km away, is easily reachable via the Autopalio highway or with a regular bus service. Colle Val d'Elsa lies along the Via Francigena, stop number 32, San Gimignano/Monteriggioni.
