The sunny view of the mountains can be enjoyed from the house, from the balcony, or under the shade-giving trees and the Sonnenwiese. For active holidaymakers, the hiking paradise of the Palatinate Forest, which starts right outside the door, offers everything the heart desires.

Many hiking huts, castles, and beautiful viewpoints are within walking distance, and a natural swimming lake is easily accessible by bike.

The numerous charming wine taverns in Leinsweiler and the surrounding villages not only offer hiking huts but also very nice places to stop and eat. The house features a small kitchen, a small bathroom, a hallway, and a living-dining area with a balcony and stairs leading to the nature-inspired garden on the ground floor.

A wooden/alternating staircase leads to the two bedrooms. The car can be parked directly in front of the house, and bicycles can be comfortably stored under the balcony.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, provided they have their dog bed and are house-trained.

Please do not allow them on the sofa or in the beds, as these are newly purchased.
