The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing a combi microwave/oven, 2-ring hob, fridge with ice box, TV, dining area and a sofa bed for one child. There is also king-size bed serviced by a shower room. To the outside is communal off-road parking and a gravelled garden with barbecue, hot tub and seating. Within 3.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yealm offers a sumptuous retreat to Devon. Note: Two adults and one child only please; the sofa bed is suitable for a child. Note: The property is located on old farm land, with the owners close by.
