UplandParcs Dumel is located in a quiet residential area, directly on the famous Rothaarsteig hiking trail and at the same time on the edge of the cozy centre of Winterberg.
The 27 km of ski slopes of Winterberg are only a 5-minute drive away. You will stay in a spacious and beautiful holiday home.
Through the entrance with a storage room, you enter the cozy living room with an open kitchen.
The living room has a seating area, a large dining table and it gives you access to the balcony facing south.
The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences.
There are two double bedrooms with a fine box-spring bed each and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
There is plenty of cupboard space.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
All houses are non-smoking and have their own closed bicycle shed with e-bike charging facilities, free wifi and a private washing machine.
Depending on their location, the houses can be reached in just a few steps and are pretty accessible on the inside.
Each house has its own parking space. All houses in this park are pet-friendly.
If you want to bring your pet, please let us know during the booking process. Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and bachelor parties.
In case of a noise complaint you may be denied access to the accommodation.
We charge a deposit of one hundred euros per person for groups of 6 or more.
If children are part of your group, no deposit will be charged.
