Overlooking the mountain, the holiday home "Mas Tinus - Lavanda" in Santa Cristina D'Aro impresses guests with its fantastic views.
This 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (1 ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower and 2 toilettes) and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot is also available.
A sauna is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, a garden that offers relaxing mountain views, a balcony, a barbecue, and a playground. The Via Verde, in front of the farmhouse, is an ideal starting point for walks and hikes.
Beaches in the area include Sant Pol, Sa Conca, Sant Feliu de Guixols, Platja d'Aro, Rosamar, Cala Sr. Ramón, and Platja del Castell.
The nearby golf course, the village of Romanyà de La Selva, and the coves "d'en Daina" are recommended. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. No noise is permitted after 10 pm. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access. 2 bikes are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Guests are kindly reminded to follow the rules for separate waste collection (more information is provided on site). This property features energy-saving lighting.
