Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the vacation home "Reguemar" is located in Arrecife.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a TV (with Netflix and international channels), a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot is also available. The property offers an excellent location close to supermarkets and restaurants.
Furthermore, public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Parties and pets are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise from 9 pm until 8 am. The property has step-free access. There is a security camera at in the entrance of the house and at the garage, which takes photos if the alarm is activated - no recording. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
More information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property.
