The holiday apartment "Villa Lara Fichte" is located in Castelrotto/Kastelruth and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and accommodates a total of 4 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, heating, and a fan. A high chair is also available. The apartment also features a shared open terrace where you can relax in the evenings.
Public transport is within walking distance.
There is a parking space on the property and another parking space is available in a garage. Bringing pets is not allowed.
The accommodation has a step-free interior, and the doors are wide and easily accessible.
A bread roll service is available on request and for a fee. A grocery shopping service for your arrival day can also be booked on request. There are guidelines for correct waste separation, which you will be informed about on site.

We loved this property. We stayed on this quiet street a year ago, and chose this property for the extra bedroom. People must realize that all 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor are en-suites, 3rd floor has no bathroom, and ground floor is a bunk room with 1/2 bath -- so you have to walk through a bedroom to g...

We had a great time with our family. Ages ranging from 3 to 53. Great location. House was clean and was exactly how it was described on site. Only negative was there is no common area bathroom. We made it work but it would have made it a bit easier to have one. Overall great trip.
