The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and accommodates a total of 4 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, heating, and a fan.
A high chair is also available. The apartment also features a shared open terrace where you can relax in the evenings.
Public transport is within walking distance.
There is a parking space on the property and another parking space is available in a garage. Bringing pets is not allowed.
The accommodation has a step-free interior, and the doors are wide and easily accessible.
A bread roll service is available on request and for a fee.

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung „Villa Lara Ficht“. Die Wohnung ist noch sehr neu, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Deswegen haben wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt.
Besonders die gut ausgestatete Küche, die großen Kleide...
