In El Perelló, the country house "Lo Paller" offers an excellent view of the mountain.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), 2 air conditioning units, a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, heating as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
A shared area with a fenced pool is also available to guests. The property is located just 900 m from the restaurant Mas d'en Curto, 10 km from a supermarket (in the centre of El Perelló), 18 km from the sea, 19 km from the train station of L'Ametlla de Mar and 60 km from Port Aventura World. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for a fee. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, external guests who are not included in the reservation are not admitted. The property has a step-free entrance, the doors are wide and easy to access. Electric vehicle batteries may only be charged upon prior request (please contact the host). The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels and by wind power. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property.

Le lieu est entretenu avec goût et sobriété, en pleine nature au calme. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont construit un petit paradis pour ceux qui aiment la beauté naturelle. La maison est très bien équipée et très joliment renovee. La piscine est un délice.
