In Palau in a scenic area adjacent to the centre of Palau, beautiful three-room flat on the first floor
with a large terrace with a spectacular sea view over the islands of La Maddalena and the village. At the back a
private garden on the ground floor with barbecue.
The flat has a living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the large terrace
sea view, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds) and a bathroom. It is also equipped with
washing machine and TV. The flat can accommodate 4 persons.
Near the flat, about 50 metres away is a market, the centre of Palau and the shops,
restaurants, bars and various clubs are just a short walk away.
