Apartment house (with elevator) is located in an excellent position, on the sea-front of Bibione Lido del Sole, next to the playgrounds and the tennis courts. Each flat has got a numbered parking place inside the court.

The studio is placed on the first floor. It can host 2/4 guests and it consists of a lovely living room with cooking corner (with gas stove, small refrigerator and Italian coffee maker), 2 double sofa beds, bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet), balcony with side sea view and covered parking place.

-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
