The vacation home "Atico Las Arenas" is located in Arico and overlooks the sea.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a washing machine.
The vacation home also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening.
The property is located close to a small supermarket and several restaurants where you can try fresh local fish.
In addition, there are hiking, cycling, climbing and diving opportunities as well as public transport links nearby.
Free parking is available on the street (it is recommended to rent a car).
Air conditioning is not available, parties and pets are not allowed.

rigtig godt sted, med masser af hav og natur. Væk for turistområder, men stadig centralt i forhold til mange oplevelser. Lejligheden var rigtig god til prisen.
