The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine.
The holiday home also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.
Public transport connections are within walking distance.
A garage parking space is available on request and for an extra fee, while another parking space is available on the street.
One pet is allowed.
Breakfast is available on request and is served Italian style, with cornflakes, coffee, milk, and biscuits.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the lake. We were received by the host who was really friendly and had bought breakfast for us to enjoy the next morning.
