Located in the hamlet of Clairac, 5 minutes from the village of Herepian and 15 minutes from the spa town of Lamalou les bains, the "Maison De Village" vacation home has everything you could wish for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
Its 800 m2 wooded and lit grounds benefit from a fence that allows your pet to roam free! There's a traditional 7m x 4m swimming pool with deckchairs. This traditional 3-storey stone property comprises two living rooms, one with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people.
On-site facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a selection of children's books and toys.
The house has a private furnished outdoor area with a swimming pool, garden, outdoor terrace and barbecue.
A covered terrace is also available.
Nearby recommendations include the Caroux-Espinouse nature reserve (13 km), Lac du Salagou (35 km), and the Béziers arena (41 km). 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed (for a fee).
