Air conditioning and heating are present via 2 split units, one in the living room on the ground floor and one in the master bedroom on the upper floor.

The appliances are placed in strategic positions to be able to heat/freshen the house. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony.
