Adorable detached cottage located in a small hamlet: On the ground floor: - Open-plan living room with a large fireplace in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. - Bathroom with shower - Toilet - Laundry room.
Upstairs: - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (can be divided into two single beds) - Bedroom with a queen-size bed You will enjoy the tranquility of the 1,600 m² unfenced garden, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Nestled on the Loc'h River, Brec'h is a rural commune with natural spaces of great ecological value: hedged farmland, wetlands, the Loc'h Valley and moors.
Many Brech hamlets have preserved the rural buildings of yesteryear: houses, farms...
The village of Saint-Dégan and its Ecomuseum present through the thatched cottages and traditional Breton farmhouses.
From here you can easily visit Vannes and its historic center, Auray and its port Saint Goustan, and enjoy the large beaches of Erdeven, the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Charmante chaumière bien située, à l'écart de grandes routes, dans un cadre de verdure très agréable.Calme, fraîcheur, dans un hameau de caractère, au milieu des hortensias.Confort absolu. Salons de jardin accueillants.Propriétaire très sympa, il a su nous faire confiance et nous l'en remercions !

A really beautifully preserved historic house but with all modern conveniences and attention by the owner. We would be happy to return next year and we would recommend it to our friends in the USA and elswhere.

Super séjour dans ce gîte pour la seconde fois, accueil de Mr Gauter très agréable. Nous avons prévu un troisième séjour début 2026 car trop bien. Aucune déception à avoir avec ce gîte, de plus la région est magnifique.
