Die gläsernen Schiebetüren des Wohnraums und der Veranda ermöglichen bei jedem Wetter einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf das Meer.
Dank des rückwärtigen Ausgangs des Treppenhauses gelangt man direkt an den Strand.
Die Küche, insbesondere der angerostete Kühlschrank und der Fußboden, wie auch der der Veranda , sollten erneuert werden.
