The holiday apartment Silva Romantic is located in San Giovanni (St.
Johann) and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.
Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable and satellite TV, and a dryer. A washing machine is available for all guests to use.
Please contact us in advance to clarify usage and any additional charges. Out of consideration for allergies, cats are unfortunately not permitted.
Only one dog per accommodation is allowed, and a deposit must be paid upon arrival. Furthermore, a shared wellness area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin is available.
A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.
Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
The accommodation has access to a shared outdoor area with whirlpool, garden, barbecue and playground.
