The recently renovated holiday apartment "Via Verdi 14" is located in Mondolfo and overlooks the sea.
The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside as well as air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fireplace, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot is also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a balcony, which can be accessed from the living room.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, an open terrace, a grill and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The sea is 5 km away and day trips to an array of gorgeous Italian towns/cities are highly recommended, such as Pergola (36 km away), as well as Sirolo and Mount Conero (both 63 km away) and Urbino (60 km away).
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Air conditioning is only available in one bedroom.
The hosts live on the second floor.
