Just 150 meters from the beach, shops, and entertainment of La Parée, this two-story, two-bedroom house is located in a residence with a shared, unheated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). It features a private garden.
The accommodation includes: on the ground floor, an entrance hall with a separate toilet, a main living room (table, chairs, sofa, TV unit with flat-screen TV), and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher).
Wi-Fi access is available.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, vanity unit, towel warmer, and toilet).
Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 cm) and storage.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe.
The main living room opens onto a pleasant private garden equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue.

Super séjour en Vendée dans cette maison qui a tput le confort necessaire à 4.Nous reviendrons avev grand plaisir.
Bon séjour, maison bien équipée . Gros bémol le manque de volets dans les chambres.
