Located in the historic village of Tolentino, the holiday home "Casa degli Ulivi" offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.
The property, part of a working farm, is spread over two floors connected by a wooden spiral staircase.
It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available on request. The private outdoor area includes a pool (open from June to September, weather permitting), a hot tub, a spacious garden, garden furniture, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
The highlight is the private pool with panoramic views of the village.
You can enjoy meals in the barbecue area at your disposal.
The property is surrounded by nature and pets are welcome; they can play in the large garden with a dedicated pool.
Friendly Ugo, the resident dog, will be happy to keep your four-legged friends company.

La casa è super attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire, il giardino è molto grande e anche esso ben attrezzato di tutto; il panorama bello è la zona è tranquilla ottima per il relax; Jacuzzi top e in più è stato con noi per tutto il soggiorno il mitico Ugo, un cagnetto simpaticissimo che ha fatto compagnia ai nostri cagnetti.
La piscina dovrebbe essere curata un po' di più.

Das Haus ist voller Sachen, Schränke, Schubladen, Badezimmer. Es war kein Platz für unsere Kleidung. Die Raumspartreppe ist sehr eng. Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle waren nicht sauber. Wir hatten unsere eigene Maschine mit.
