Our beautifully appointed apartment features a private garden, veranda with panoramic windows, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, cosy bedroom, and modern bathroom.
Enjoy stunning views of Tavolara from the shared swimming pool or private garden and take a refreshing dip in the shared pool during the summer months.
Our holiday home is conveniently located within easy reach of a variety of amenities and the local beach, “Spiaggia dello Squalo.” We have equipped and furnished our apartment to provide you with a familiar and comfortable environment, ensuring that you feel right at home during your stay.
Staying at Casa Vacanze Lo Squalo means feeling at home! The apartment is located in the characteristic Belvedere Village located in Pittulongu (Olbia).
The entrance from the private garden leads directly onto the covered veranda (living area) which can be closed off with sliding glass doors.
This leads to the living room equipped with a double sofa bed with a mattress and double bed base, a TV wall (43″ Smart TV connected via WiFi), and a fully equipped kitchen! From the hallway, you will find the bathroom on the left-hand side – fitted with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.
On the opposite side of it, you’ll find the double bedroom with a memory foam mattress, a TV (32″ Smart TV connected via WiFi), a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space for your luggage and belongings.
Escape to paradise at Casa Vacanze Lo Squalo and create unforgettable vacation memories in beautiful Costa Smeralda! Nearby: The area of the apartment is strategic and offers all the services to enjoy a holiday without necessarily using a means of transport.
Within 1000 meters you can reach pizzerias, restaurants, a supermarket with a bakery, a bar, and a grill restaurant.
And you reach the “Spiaggia dello Squalo” - the local white sand beach.
House rules / important information: - Communicate any damages during check-out; - A deposit will be retained onsite; - The shared swimming pool is open in the summer months from the 15th of June to the 15th of September and follows these opening times: 15:00 to 19:00 from the 15th to the 30th of June. 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 from the 1st of July to the 31st of August. 10:00 to 13:00 from the 1st to the 15th of September.
The pool is closed on Mondays. - Smoking is not permitted indoors; - Pets are not allowed; - Quiet / no-party area
