Located in Gandía, the 80 m² Gandia Center apartment welcomes you to the central Benipeixcar neighborhood and accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a living area with a fully equipped private kitchen including a dishwasher.
Recently renovated, the apartment offers air conditioning in the living room, LED ceiling fans in all rooms, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV with international channels, Netflix, a cinema projector with electric screen, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
Baby cot and baby amenities are available on request. Enjoy your private balcony, where smoking is allowed (smoking is not permitted inside). You’ll be close to Teatro Serrano and Paseo Germanías, with easy access to Gandía train station for connections to Valencia.
The beach is nearby and public transport is easily accessible. Please note, the apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Underground parking 100 m away is available for an extra fee. Self check-in is available for your convenience. No pets or events allowed. No smoking inside. Only registered guests are permitted. A camera at the entrance records access to the property. Families with children are welcome. Airport pick-up from Valencia and Alicante is available for an extra fee, as well as cleaning service during your stay for an extra fee. Please note, exterior improvement works are currently underway and may cause occasional noise.
