Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the '2-Bedroom Apartment with Seaview' is located in Nerja.
The 74 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool (open during the summer season), a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Nearby attractions include the beaches of Nerja, Maro Beach and Nerja Caves.
Water activities such as kayaking and scuba diving are possible at the beaches, and mountain activities such as hiking can be done in the surroundings too. A parking space is available in a garage.
Free parking is available on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Making noise is forbidden from 24:00 to 08:00. The property has step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
