Its prime location allows you to fully enjoy the Bordeaux lifestyle, surrounded by heritage, shops, and restaurants. 🏡 THE APARTMENT Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm) Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed (140cm) 1 Shower room: shower, basin, hair dryer 1 Separate toilet ⚠️ Apartment located on the 1st floor with no elevator. 🛋️ AMENITIES Flat-screen TV Free unlimited Wi-Fi Reversible air conditioning 🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN Oven & microwave Dishwasher Coffee machine (capsules) Kettle & toaster 🧺 INCLUDED SERVICES Bed linen and towels provided End-of-stay cleaning included Beds made upon your arrival Baby cot available on request (€15 per night) 💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT As part of your stay, a €350 bank pre-authorization is required and must be completed through your Enso Connect accommodation guide.
Please note that an additional administrative fee of €4.50 applies. The bank pre-authorization does not affect your card's credit limit and is automatically released within two days of your departure, provided the general terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition. ⏰ CHECK-IN Check-in between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM; any late arrival is subject to additional charges. One of our concierges will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your welcome. 🚗 GETTING AROUND & PARKING From Mérignac Airport: Take tram A or bus 1 to Gambetta Mériadeck, then walk approximately 12 minutes. From Gare Saint-Jean: Take tram C to the Quinconces stop, then walk approximately 4 minutes. Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The "Clémenceau-Auditorium" public car park is located 50 metres from the apartment.
The daily rate is approximately €22. 🌆 LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD Located in Bordeaux's chic and highly sought-after Golden Triangle district, you will have immediate access to luxury boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants and traditional brasseries such as Le Noailles, as well as cultural and tourist attractions, all within walking distance.
