HOUSE RULES AND ADDITIONAL FEES
Capacity: The house accommodates up to 17 guests with extra beds.
An additional fee applies per extra guest per night. Visitors and overnight guests: Anyone not included in the reservation must be communicated in advance.
Day visitors: additional fee per person.
Overnight guests: additional fee per person per night. Online check-in: Before we send you access information, we ask you to complete the online check-in form.
If all guests are minors, you must provide the ID of their parents or legal guardians. Schedules: Changes to check-in or check-out times depend on availability and may incur an additional fee. Coexistence: Social gatherings are allowed as long as there are no complaints from neighbors.
Loud parties and nighttime noise are not permitted.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, but not inside the rooms.
Pets (dogs, cats, and other animals) are allowed for an additional fee. A chihuahua lives on the property. Host: I live in a separate unit on the property and share the vehicle entrance ramp with guests. Natural surroundings: The house is in the heart of nature, so you may encounter local wildlife or pests.
We carry out regular preventive treatments with professional equipment.

La location était superbe, très propre avec beaucoup de coins sympa. Le propriétaire à était très présent et serviable malgré les difficultés de communications (je ne parle que anglais et français et il ne parlait qu'espagnol). Il nous a même ramené une nouvelle télé quand l'ancienne ne fonctionnait...
