With 250 m² of space, this spacious country house is ideal for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 6 guests. The villa features a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher in perfect condition, 3 cozy bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Although the house does not have air conditioning, each bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan with multiple speeds and a programmable remote control.
Thanks to its elevated location, you can almost always enjoy a pleasant natural breeze.
Additionally, there are a couple of standing fans available to help keep the house cool during summer. Among its amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls and remote work, with a dedicated workspace), cable TV, a washing machine, and family-friendly equipment such as a cot and a high chair.
