The small holiday apartment "Fischerstube" is located in Sipplingen and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 34 m² property on the first floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 quiet bedroom and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include heating, Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden and a barbecue.
The apartment is located in the centre of Sipplingen, about 200 m from Lake Constance. A public park, a bathing beach, various restaurants, the village store, a newsagent and the post office are nearby.
There is a designated parking spot right outside the house, and free parking is available on the street.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
The property has a step-free interior as well as motorbike and bicycle storage.
