The 45 m² apartment on the second floor consists of a kitchen-living room with a sleeping area, two separate attic niches with two single beds and 1 bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
Additional services include Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
A cot is also available.
The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace with a table and chairs.
In addition, you will have access to a shared outdoor area which includes a swimming pool that is open from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
There is also a garden, a barbecue and a playground.
The property is ideally located, with several Tuscan cities within easy reach, such as Pisa (where there is an international airport) and Volterra only 40 minutes drive away.

Toller Pool, genügend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten auf großzügigem, grünen Garten. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, schöner Balkon. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.
In der Dachwohnung kein WLAN, nur ein bisschen auf dem Balkon. Ein großer Nudeltopf wäre noch toll gewesen.

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alles war neu renoviert und einfach schön hergerichtet. Ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Seifenspender etc. wie in einem Hotel! Top Lage, man ist schnell mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad am Meer oder im Ort aber weit genug entfernt um die ein...
