The rustic house “El Mirador de Can Gat Vell” enjoys beautiful views of the landscape and is located in the 18th-century Masia Grande, in the pretty village of Llampaies.
The property is located on the 1st floor, consists of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with access from the bathroom. There is also a loft with two single beds. The apartment has a private and uncovered terrace with a portable barbecue. There is a parking space available on the premises.
Additional services include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the kitchen-living-dining room, 2 fans.
On request, a crib (extra) and a high chair are available.
The outdoor spaces are shared: swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children, both protected with a fence, outdoor shower, ping pong table. lawned gardens, sports area with soccer goal, basketball basket, chicken coop with chickens and rabbits. Washing machine.
The property is about 2.5 km from all services and stores, such as a supermarket, a restaurant, a bar and the train station. The beaches of the Costa Brava are 17 km away. Girona and the Dalí Museum in Figueres are 20 minutes away. Other nearby attractions include the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Besalú and the volcanoes of the Garrotxa.
Important: Parties are not allowed. No music is allowed outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
