The studio apartment "Nikiana Club - Studio 1" is located in Lefkada, right on the beach.
The 15 m² property offers beautiful mountain views from the accommodation itself and consists of an open-plan living/sleeping area with a double bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as cable and satellite TV. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of the accommodation is the private outdoor space with a courtyard, from which you can enjoy wonderful sea views.
Please note that the sea view is from the outdoor area, while the studio itself overlooks the mountains.
In addition, guests have access to a shared outdoor area featuring a garden, sun loungers, an open terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Within walking distance, you will find a bar-restaurant, sailing facilities, and a windsurfing school.
The property is 70 metres from a supermarket and is located next to Nikiana's harbour.
Free street parking is available.

Bicycle rental is available for an extra fee.
