The 54 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (provided on request), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a smart TV with streaming services.
You will also enjoy excellent drinking water quality. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a covered balcony—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountain scenery while cooking for your family. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful walking and hiking trails in the forest, as well as numerous ponds and lakes.
Recommended destinations include Braunlage, the Harz Trail, and local reservoirs.
A ski area is close by. In the village 2 km away, there is a tennis court and a bowling alley. A parking space is available on the property, with additional free street parking.
Small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed.
The apartment is step-free inside, but stairs lead to the entrance.

Die Wohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich einfach melden, wenn etwas gefehlt hätte.
