The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV.
Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer can be used for a fee.
On top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request and for a fee.
Your private outdoor area includes a balcony.
A shared outdoor area with a barbecue is also available for your use.
The property is located just a 5-minute walk from the village centre and its numerous restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.

Wirklich schön u. zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegende Wohnung zum Loipenstart von Seefeld. Die Wohnung hat alles was mal braucht und ist wirklich sehr sauber.
Eventuell einen zweiten Schlüssel. (Hatten aber auch nicht mehr danach gefragt!)
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war einfach perfekt
