The holiday apartment "Haus Excelsior Top 13", which is situated in Seefeld in Tirol, overlooks the nearby mountain.
This 34 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (1 bedroom has 2 single bunk beds).
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the house for a fee.
In addition, a table tennis game and a shared sauna are available for your use.

The place is great, well-built and kept very clean. Close to everything that you need - train, ski trails, restaurants and groceries. The arrival process was unclear at first but quickly resolved by the host's agency.

Die Lage war sehr schön.
Den Ortskern konnte man gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Wanderwege konnte man von der Haustür direkt starten. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
Auf den Bildern war nicht erkennbar das das Bett sich in einem Wandschrank befindet und nur durch eine schmale Tür begehbar war und nur ein kleines Fenster in den Wohnraum ging.
Dadurch hatte man das Gefühl in einer Holzkasten zu schlafen.
Auch die Beleuchtung war sehr spartanisch in der ganzen Wohn...

Perfect location for Seefeld Langlauf and Gschwandtkopf ski piste and for local buses to Roshütte ski and Leutaschtal/Wildmoos areas. Great snow and weather, but sadly this cannot be garanteed :). Small but comfortable and cosy flat with good views over the Wetterstein mountains. Nice spacious bathroom. Integrated public transport very much appreciated - no need for a car.
(Very Minor irritations only:
Heating (radiator) control was under the window bench and required gymnastics to get to it... and no timer facility.
Lighting a bit chaotic and definitely too weak in connecting area containing cupboards and clothes storage.
Shortage of knives and forks; everything else, crockery etc in very good supply)
