Located in Seefeld in Tirol, the holiday apartment "Haus Excelsior Top 31" is an excellent destination for a vacation with mountain views.
The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living-bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a pull-out wall bed, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Amenities on site include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a TV.
A communal sauna is also available.
You can use a washing machine and dryer in the building for a fee; an iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room.
The apartment features a furnished private balcony where you can enjoy views of the surroundings.
The accommodation is only a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets.
Several ski areas and hiking trails are nearby, and public transport is within walking distance.
